Hentz Manufacturing has been in the business of textile sewing, design and manufacturing since 1994. We specialize in bags, travel items, medical, military, accessories and the diverse. The Hentz leadership team has over 50 years experience in the design, manufacture and delivery of quality, US made goods. We are located right in the heart of the mid-west, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Hentz Manufacturing offers contract cutting and sewing to customers big and small. Our 35,000 sq/foot sewing factory houses a variety of over 200 sewing machines. We posses the flexibly to fulfill large batch and small batch cut and sew production orders. As a premium USA sewing factory, we offer flexible MOQ’s, high quality standards and ethical practices. Our expert team of product development engineers, production managers and quality control specialist can meet all of your project’s sewing and manufacturing requirements. In a matter of weeks we can take products from design to full production. We offer friendly, expert services you can't get with off-shore suppliers. DESIGN
Our knowledgeable design team can assist in finalizing your design, whether you have just an idea in your head or it's almost a completed concept. We can make recommendations that will make your product superior in quality, function and design.
PATTERN MAKING
Our expert pattern makers engineer the features and construction of each style using the latest digital pattern making software. Patterns are the essential blueprint from which all soft goods items are made. We will create you a custom production-ready pattern for your design.
SAMPLE MAKING
Our sample room is staffed with quality, knowledgeable seamstresses with over 20 years of experience. Each sample is executed with expert detail. Samples are made to test function, design and construction.
SOURCING
We have built relationships with suppliers and have created a library of resources to assist with sourcing your material requirements.
PRODUCTION
Flexible, short lead times for large batch and small batch sewing production. We can provides finished goods in weeks, not months. Domestic shipping has no customs and no international freight issues, save both time and money.
FULLFILMENT
We can warehouse and manage fulfillment from store direct shipments all the way through to direct to consumer shipments, return processing and everything in between.
